Terry Chi is a highly experienced professional plumber with over 10 years of experience in the hot water industry. Terry has been passionate about plumbing and hot water since he was a teenager after gaining work experience whilst still in high school. After completing university, he decided to take on an apprenticeship in plumbing and since starting his journey in plumbing, Terry has honed his technical skills through a combination of extensive education and training as well as hands-on experience.
As the director of Atomic Hot Water Repairs, Terry brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every client as he has worked on a variety of projects from simple residential jobs to large commercial installations. Terry specialises in hot water repairs/servicing and is always up to date on the latest industry trends and technologies. This allows him to diagnose the most complex hot water repairs in a quick and efficient manner. Terry has earned a reputation for his efficient response time, attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Terry holds a NSW Plumbing, Gas Fitting and Drainage Contractor Licence and has worked with some of the most reputable hot water companies in the business which means he is fully qualified to tackle a wide range of hot water services and repairs confidently and competently. Terry is dedicated to providing his clients with the highest level of service and he takes great pride in ensuring that every job is completed to the highest standard as if it were his own home.
In his free time, Terry enjoys taking his son to the local park to play soccer. When he’s not at the park he enjoys watching the latest show on Netflix or cooking up a BBQ for his friends and family. He believes it is important to enjoy activities outside of work to keep a balanced mental diet.
